ASSET-BASED CARRIER · BRITISH COLUMBIA EST. 2003 · USDOT 4429531
LTL, FTL & reefer freight on daily cross-border lanes between BC, Alberta and the
US West Coast. Reliable transportation, exceptional service — since 2003.
01 WHY SIDHU
Sidhu Motors has run freight across the BC–US border since 2003 — owned trucks, 53-foot dry van and reefer capacity, and drivers with 15 to 25 years behind the wheel. Real iron. Real people answering the phone. Brokers and shippers come back because we do exactly what we said: picked up on time, delivered the same day, every time.
02 WHAT WE HAUL
LESS-THAN-TRUCKLOAD
Share the trailer, not the service level. Palletized freight consolidated across the border with the same tracking and dispatch as a full load.
02FULL TRUCKLOAD
Your freight, the whole trailer, door to door with no extra stops. 53-foot dry van capacity on every lane we run.
03TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED
Refrigerated 53-foot trailers for produce, food and anything that can't break temperature — cross-border and domestic, every season.
04CANADA ↔ UNITED STATES
ACE & ACI eManifests filed before the booth, paperwork coordinated with your broker, clean crossings without the 2 a.m. phone call.
05SAME-DAY & TEAM
When the clock is the contract: committed pickup windows and same-day delivery on regional lanes — the service brokers call us back for.
06DROP TRAILER PROGRAMS
Committed capacity and drop-trailer programs for shippers with steady volume — your dock, our trailer, on your schedule.
03 EQUIPMENT
Clean, plated and inspected — the workhorse for palletized cross-border freight.
Refrigerated trailers for loads that can't break temperature — fresh produce to frozen, BC to the West Coast.
Committed capacity for shippers with weekly volume — swap trailers, not promises.

05 HOW IT WORKS
Send the lane, weight and dates. You get a real number back in hours — not a callback in days.
Dispatch locks the pickup window and assigns the truck. You get one contact who knows your load.
ACE / ACI eManifests filed and broker paperwork confirmed before the truck reaches the booth.
Live GPS check-ins at pickup, border and delivery. You hear from us before you have to ask.
On-time delivery with proof of delivery in your inbox the same day. Then we do it again tomorrow.
06 ON THE RECORD
A broker called with a load — pickup at 7, driver on the dock by 7:30, delivered the same day. That reliability is why they send us the next one.SAME-DAY DELIVERYBC ↔ US WEST COAST
Most of our drivers have 15 to 25 years behind the wheel. We don’t keep anyone who isn’t up to the mark.THE SIDHU MOTORS FLEETEXPERIENCED DRIVERS

07 STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Cross-border freight with Sidhu Motors comes down to a few things — customs paperwork, transit times, dry van vs reefer, and LTL vs FTL. Short answers below; anything else — call dispatch, a human answers.
LTL (less-than-truckload) means your palletized freight shares trailer space with other shipments — you pay for the space you use. FTL (full truckload) gives your freight the entire trailer, door to door, no extra stops. We run both across the border daily.
Yes. Alongside our 53-foot dry vans we run refrigerated (reefer) trailers for produce, food and any load that can’t break temperature — cross-border and domestic, year-round including through the winter.
Typically a commercial invoice, a bill of lading and a customs broker on file. We file ACE (US) and ACI (Canada) eManifests before the truck reaches the booth and coordinate directly with your broker.
Standard transit is roughly 2–3 days dock to dock. Our core daily lanes to Washington and Oregon run next-day. Ask dispatch for a committed transit time when you book.
Daily core lanes connect BC and Alberta with Washington and Oregon, plus scheduled service to California, Idaho, Montana, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Don’t see your lane? Dispatch quotes custom routes within hours.
Since 2003. We’re a fully insured, asset-based carrier (USDOT 4429531 · MC 1742712) with our own trucks, our own trailers and experienced drivers — not a brokerage.
